Our AI bot templates are digital products. Once a template has been delivered or made available to download, it is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law or the marketplace or payment provider (Capabase or Stripe) requires a refund. Purchases made through Capabase are also subject to Capabase's refund policy (https://capabase.ai/terms), which may allow a refund if you paid but never received access, the file is broken and can't be replaced, or the product is materially different from its listing.
If you were charged twice, or the template did not arrive or will not open as delivered, email info@ds-usg.com with your Capabase order details. We will fix the delivery or have the duplicate or undelivered charge refunded.
